Terms of Use

These terms apply to your access to and use of the V2Ray Official Download Site, including its pages, download index, and configuration documentation. Please read them before using this content. If you do not accept these terms, stop using the site. Mandatory legal protections for users remain in effect.

1. Scope and Purpose

This site brings together download links, installation steps, and configuration guides for graphical clients in the V2Ray ecosystem. The content is for learning, technical research, and reference when operating in lawful network environments. It is not legal, information security, or deployment advice.

Interface labels, settings, and procedures in the documentation may change as client software is updated. Check whether they apply to your software version, operating system, and network conditions. Sample configurations explain how fields relate; they are not ready for production use and do not provide a usable subscription or authorization to access a network service.

2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities

You must comply with the laws, regulations, network policies, and service terms that apply where you live and to your activities. Do not use this site or related software for illegal activity, unauthorized access, infringement of others' rights, disruption of network operations, or distribution of unlawful information.

Before changing proxy, routing, or virtual network settings on a work, school, or managed device, obtain the necessary authorization. Verify the source of any subscription and your permission to use the service. Keep subscription URLs, access credentials, and configuration files secure. Before sharing logs or screenshots, remove personally identifying information and access credentials.

3. Software Sources and External Services

v2rayN, v2rayNG, v2flyNG, and the cores they use are provided by their respective open-source projects. This site provides a download index and documentation; it is not the developer, authorized distributor, or subscription service provider for these products, and does not make guarantees on behalf of their projects.

Downloads, subscription interfaces, servers, and network connections may be provided by third parties. The relevant provider sets the access requirements, fees, data handling practices, and service availability. Review its terms independently. Describing a feature in this site's documentation does not endorse an external service or guarantee its performance.

4. Risks and Limits of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, this site's content is provided as available at the time of publication. We do not guarantee that it is always accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, or continuously available. Software and device compatibility, network policy changes, or updates to external resources may make instructions ineffective or interrupt connections.

Before changing system proxy, TUN mode, or routing settings, back up necessary data and note the original settings. You are responsible for assessing the risks. To the extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for connection failures, lost configurations or data, or business interruption resulting from use of this content or software. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

5. Intellectual Property and Licenses

The software, names, marks, and accompanying materials of each open-source project belong to their respective rights holders. Open source does not mean that rights are waived. When using, modifying, or redistributing software, follow the licenses for the relevant project and its included components, and retain required copyright and license notices.

Project names are mentioned solely to identify software and explain technical relationships; this does not imply trademark authorization or affiliation. When quoting original documentation from this site, credit the source and do not misrepresent its meaning. Third-party materials may require separate permission or compliance with their license terms.

6. Changes to These Terms and Feedback

We may revise these terms to reflect content or service changes or legal requirements. Updated terms and the month of the latest revision will be posted on this page. Significant changes will be noted on relevant pages. Unless the law requires otherwise, revisions apply to use from the date they are published and do not retroactively alter rights or obligations established lawfully before then.

For installation, subscription import, or connection issues, first consult the Help Center and tutorials, and note your system environment and any error messages as described. If you send feedback through a contact option provided on those pages, do not include subscription credentials or other sensitive data.
